I had a deep tissue massage with Ms.Claudia! She was very professional, kind and friendly. She was very focused and intentional in helping me recover from my muscle soreness. I highly recommend her :)
The only issue I had is that the whole place is very cold.
They were friendly but a little to pushy about wanting to join monthly and when you walk up to check out the first question is DO YOU WANT TO LEAVE GRATUITY I have been in customer service for 30 years I think that is a very rude practice to ask people like that it should be a receipt with the tip option very rude to ask
I had a very good experience at Massage Envy. The ladies at the front desk were very nice and quick with setting up my account. Miranda did a great job with the massage and would definitely recommend.
