Our heater was not staying on. I messaged Luxury at 6am and they called me at 7:36am, saying they would show up from 12pm to 5pm. I got a call at 9:30am saying the tech was 15 minutes out and if ok to show up that early! He did a great job and honestly repaired the system without having to change any parts! Just needed cleaning! Thanks again Luxury!!
I have dealt with many HVAC companies over the years some good and some bad. Luxury installed 2 new units in my house in 2014 and to this day they stand behind their work 100%. TRULY THE BEST GUYS I have found over the years. Even with a recent warranty issue these guys responded quickly, efficiently and delivered a resolution to the problem. So we had an AC problem… and it was not just add freon and everything will be fine kind of an issue… without getting into the ugly details Michael our tech went above and beyond the call making sure that the system was fixed and was extremely reasonable when it came time to pay the bill… job well done!!!
