The technician was on time! He let me know when he was on the way. I hope Jeff returns if I need additional repairs in the future. Same day service was offered. Wendy who answered the phone was extremely pleasant and set up a time frame that was best for me. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely use them again.
I contacted Climate Services of Texas and spoke with Windii. It was a very cold day and I live out of town and needed someone to check on my mother’s heater. Jeff responded within 2 hours on a very busy day and diagnosed the problem. Jeff went above and beyond expectations . I highly recommend this company.
I could not be more pleased with my system that Climate Services installed, and the service that I have received has been excellent. Cory has a great and responsive crew from Daniel and DILLON that responded on a Sunday, and of course, Jeff who has kept my system running well for yrs. They are a great company to use!.
