Cody at Long Air Conditioning was outstanding. During the sale of my late mother’s home, the inspector believed the furnace wasn’t lighting properly, and we were told it needed to be repaired before we could move forward with closing.
Cody came out, thoroughly inspected everything, and honestly explained that there wasn’t actually anything wrong with the furnace. The issue was simply that it hadn’t been ignited correctly during the inspection. He could have easily recommended an unnecessary repair, but instead he chose to be honest and transparent.

Great service for our home and business. They're not going to oversell you on something you don't need saving us lots of money over the years. They also have great financing options which always makes big AC purchases a little easier on the stomach.
We've used Long AC for 5+ years across multiple properties and always have great, timely service. They also don't try to oversell you like many companies do. As example, they fixed one cheap AC part 3-4 years ago for an AC that's still going strong today whereas another AC company was trying to tell me I needed a new $15k system. We have used them for anything from AC parts, yearly maintenance and even new systems. Colby specifically has always been on top of it for us. Over the last few years they've helped us replace 3 new systems (they were 19ish years old). They also have financing options which has been super helpful with unplanned expenses.
