A couple of weeks ago, I had an issue with the pricing of an Item that I had brought in for alteration and Mary at the front counter did a great job of getting the issue resolved. Her persistence in working to get this issue resolved paid off and was much appreciated!

First time user of this company while looking for a quality dry cleaner near me. They cleaned two suits for me and had my order ready the next day when promised. Price was reasonable. One small problem- I found that one pant leg had been folded over on itself in the bag, which left it with an undesired crease along the fold. It had almost fallen out by the time it was returned the next day, but to their credit, they re-pressed the pants anyway. Hangers don’t have gripping material coating to keep slick dress pants from sliding off, like some cleaners, but that is a nicety, not a need. They seem to be a quality establishment.
