They are very sweet and do a great job with my two dogs, one is senior with weak legs and they're very gentle with her. They are the only place that has given my long hair dog a great look, I've tried about 6 places total.
I can't say enough good things about k-9 design. Flora used to groom my parents two disabled yorkies years ago so of course I started taking my pomeranian here as soon as I adopted him. He can be grumpy but we have never had any issues because Tracy always makes him feel comfortable and takes care of him. She even lets him nibble on her knuckles while she grooms him from what I've heard. He loves her so much that I always try to scheule his appointments with her. Definitely take your pets here! They are the best! I will never use a different groomer as long as I live in the area.
