They have been taking care of our A/C installation, maintenance and repairs since we moved our dog training kennel to Conroe in 2006. They are always quick to respond and are always very professional. I highly recommend Jack Gordon & Sons for both commercial and private A/C sales and service.
Cleaning up an Estate home, called them and someone was on site within 2hrs as promised. Needing parts and I was in no rush, they returned the following morning as promised. Within a hour we were up and running and priced as promised. The two different technicians that came out both Jacob & Seth were fast, friendly, well mannered and very professional. I highly recommend for all your HVAC needs residential or commercial.
Naythan came out on an emergency call for us at 10pm and immediately diagnosed and fixed the issue. He was politely, responsive and knowledgeable in his craft. I felt terrible to have someone out so late but he assured me it was no problem. I appreciate the service and the tech.
