Josh showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. He was here for regular maintenance and an odor concern on only one of our units. He adjusted the odor control from low to normal. We were hoping this would fix the problem but unfortunately it’s still there, which is disappointing because it’s a new unit. And also we didn’t receive a copy of the two items he had me sign. Wasn’t able to read it because he said he didn’t have a good connection. And not sure why I was given the invitation to review him on the Air Tech of Humble site. Our A/C and heating service is through Conroe far now
Joel is an awesome tech. He's been twice now. Pleasant personality and a no nonsense approach. Willing to teach and show you not just get it done. Very informative, respectful and just all around a pretty nice individual. Will definitely recommend him specifically to anyone as well as request his service next time I am in need.
Update: had a new AC unit installed all around great experience Rory the sales guy walked us through all of our options and helped us pick the best fit for out home.

I was having issues with a loose kitchen faucet and I called Air Tech of Houston. Albert showed up the next day and made the fix quickly. He was knowledgeable and professional. I definitely recommend reaching out to Air Tech of Houston for your plumbing needs!
