I Am Your Hair Artist (Heidi Sanchez)

I made an appointment a month prior for my daughter to get her roots colored with Heidi S. She drove from Galveston (en route to Dallas), spent a night and hung around till the 12.45 appointment time, only to be told they had NO RECORD OF THE APPOINTMENT. It was a total waste of 24 hours. She could have been in Dallas. Totally irresponsible and disappointing and, no, we won't risk a second try.

The best haircuts I've ever had by leaps and bounds. I drive from SW Houston to get my haircut by Heidi. She's amazing. I have thick, no, extremely thick hair, and I've had horrendous cuts I the past. Now I am worry free. I just sit back and let her do her hair magic. I take my children there too. I don't color my hair (yet), but I will be in good hands when I do. No one does color like Heidi. It looks so natural. I think her fine art background makes the difference in how she sees faces, hair shape and color. I've tried many new hairstyles based on her advice and I've never been steered wrong. She's amazing!

I recently had my hair colored and cut by Heidi. She really listened to what I wanted, and was able to offer suggestions that worked well for my hair type. The color came out exactly as I wanted, and my hair actually felt a lot smoother afterwards. She recommended a haircut that made my thick, long hair much more manageable, and looked great. I got lots of compliments at work! She is also very knowledgeable about hair styling and care. I took her advice on buying a different type of brush for my hair, and that was probably the best advice I've ever received at a salon!
