Hired Guns recently replaced the roof and gutters on my house. I had had to take the roof to Appraisal to get it covered but Hired Guns handled it for me. They did the Appraisal on my behalf and then and did an excellent job on the roof. They hand nailed the shingles with the owner making sure everything was done right. They cleaned up well and took photos of all their work. The roof looks great and no leaks in the rain that followed. I've had roofs replaced in the past but this was the best experience I've had so far. They went above and beyond. I highly recommend them!

After asking to be removed from contact, I continued receiving automated messages multiple times per day. My request to stop communication was not honored, so I chose not to do business with this company.

I am really thankful and happy that I didn’t go with the first roof repair company that knocked on my door to inform me that they had inspected my roof, using a drone but not physically touched and eyed damage to my roof from the Hail damage from the May storm. Mr Williams had his team visually and physically inspected (hands on) my roof, fence, gutters, screens and afterwards reported to me the damage to my home at 14516 Gold Rush Pass, off Culebra. As far as I’m concerned, he and his teams out of Conroe, TX are the best at what they do. They coordinate their work plans and keep you aware of their schedule. I had complete of repair, a Gutter replacement, window screen replacement, damaged fencing repair, as well as repaired damage to my garage door, and if you never saw the damage I had, you would simply think that I’de had a wonderful external spring clean on my home. This team put me at ease from the beginning, positively answering every question that I might have had, they used good quality items, were professional, talented and courteous as they went, and cleaned as they went. Everyone on their team were experts at whatever job they were assigned, and I would gladly recommend them to anyone having similar problems and required excellent assistance, anytime. By the way, their work comes with an iron clad warranty.
