About HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe
HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe is a 332-bed hospital that has served Montgomery County for over 80 years. They offer various services such as cardiac care, a women's center with a Level II Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, pediatric care, physical therapy and rehabilitation, a sleep center, imaging and diagnostics, bariatrics, and a wound care center. The hospital is recognized as a designated Level II Trauma Center, a certified Primary Stroke Center, an accredited Chest Pain Center, and a Texas Ten Step designated facility. Patients have had positive experiences at the hospital. One patient praised the kind and caring attention from the nurses, who were quick to see them and took the time to listen. Another patient had an exceptional birthing experience, highlighting the cleanliness, politeness, and helpfulness of the nurses in the lab, delivery, and post-partum units. A third patient received excellent customer service and care from the staff, particularly Dr. Gilmore and the nurses, and highly recommends the hospital. Recent reviews also reflect positive experiences. Patients noted that the nurses were great, very friendly, caring, and made their stay comfortable and confident in the hospital's skills. The staff at the Solis location for mammograms were also very helpful, and the technician, Ren, helped to calm the patient's anxiety. Another patient, who arrived in severe pain, was triaged and seen promptly, and received IV fluids and medication to combat their migraine symptoms. While the experience was overall satisfactory, the patient did note that the examination table was uncomfortable while they waited for relief.
I had my daughter at 32 weeks. L&D, PPU and the NICU were all amazing. My daughter was there for 5 weeks. The entire staff was amazing. Without them, my daughter and I wouldn’t have made it.
Edit: the hospital took him for a catscan and finally got him on antibiotics. Please pray for Anthony! We are so worried that after 8 days he was turning septic...who knows if this hospital would ever admit if he was. HCA Houston Healthcare Conroe please get on the ball and save my cousin 's life (John Anthony Arredondo)! He was taken there by life flight last Wednesday with a gunshot wound and y'all have repeatedly failed in your "care" for him. You have a PA telling the family this is not an infection as he continually moans and yells in pain. In fact saying that the heat from the bullet would take care of any infection unless it pierced his intestine (which it did). So I guess all the stories I've heard of infected gunshot wounds and infections post surgery are just make believe. Smh. He's 8 days out from the shooting and the surgery with NO intravenous antibiotic. I believe he's becoming septic and unless y'all act quickly YOU will let him die in your "care"! These first pic was taken 3 days ago. The 2nd was taken yesterday (two days after 1st) the pics can be seen on my page from I post I made earlier today. Even though this hospital finally improved the piss poor care my cousin has received for 8 days after being a victim of a violent crime/gunshot, I want to keep the pressure on and raise awareness to other unsuspecting patients and potential patients.
The outpatient surgery staff was amazing with my son. Thank you nurses! You are amazing.
