July 2024 UPDATE Several weeks after this review Cherry, the Manager called me to apologize and tell me the issue had been delt with. She offered me a free haircut from her. I told her that I was on my phone deleting Great Clips data stopping to take her call. I got my free haircut, she did it well, gave a thank you tip. Yesterday I went back for another haircut. Cherry was on leave to help a family member. Kalah (sp) gave me one of the best haircuts I've had in a long time! My 8+ years of loyalty will continue!

My 12-year-old son HATED his haircut, BUT, in all fairness, they did exactly what he asked for. He didn't understand the difference between using scissors and clippers to shorten the sides and was almost in tears at the result of the clippers. He has a 50s-style haircut, and he went from Elvis to Bruno Mars.
The reason I gave 5 stars is because the stylist did an amazing job based on what he asked for, and you could see that she was sad for him when she realized he wasn't happy. She made sure to put a note in his account that explained his style better, so the next time he goes, they will know what he's looking for and know to cut his hair with scissors.
I just needed a quick trim to get rid of split ends. I forget the gal's name who cute my hair but she was so nice, quick and efficient! Quickest hair cute ever and great bang for the buck too!
