GoEco Dry Cleaning has multiple stores and provides good service. They have courteous personnel and are clean and organized. They offer quick turnaround, great prices, and perfectly pressed items. Although they do not clean clothes on site, they deliver cleaned clothes to each store. Some customers have had positive experiences with stain removal and fragrance-free washing. However, there have been instances of lost items. Overall, GoEco Dry Cleaning is considered the best in town by some customers, with one calling it their go-to dry cleaners. They are able to deliver same-day cleaning and pressing for items such as shirts and pants.
For the most part I had a good experience with them, but they lost a flannel shirt of mine and they never did find it. They have multiple stores. They looked at all of them and couldn't find it. They might have given it to another customer. I hope that customer is enjoying it. They did give me some credit on a future cleaning. While I was there, they misplaced a lady's husband's suit pants that he needed the next day. They looked all over and finally found it with someone else's clothes. They do not clean clothes on site. They do it at another site and deliver to each store.
I am so impressed by this cleaners. I called at 6:50 am to ask if they could clean/press shirts & pants same day due to needing for a funeral the next day. They said sure. I took them in & picked up at 5:30. Very clean and organized cleaners and personnel are very courteous.
I’m very picky with who cleans my clothes, and Go Eco definitely delivered! The stains in my comforters that I was not able to clean at home they were able to remove. My clothes were also washed fragrance free, which is reassuring since I have sensitive skin to different chemicals.
My clothes came back in great condition! I’ll definitely be going back again!
