**Family First Urgent Care** is a clean, professional, and welcoming facility. The front desk staff is very helpful and amazing, providing coffee, water, and lollipops. The nurses and doctors are fantastic, kind, and put patients at ease. The care is gentle, effective, and fast. For a minor burn from a campfire, the treatment allowed a quick return to camping. For a sprained ankle from hiking, the on-site radiology team provided digital imaging and clear explanations, saving a trip to the hospital. Patients are seen quickly, and procedures are done with minimal pain. The paperwork is easy to fill out online, and new patients feel welcomed the moment they walk in. It is a wonderful place for the greater Conroe, TX area, offering compassionate, quality, and affordable urgent care for Montgomery County.
Super friendly and very fast. The receptionist, nurse and dr were amazing and friendly. Was in an out in half an hour, would definitely come back for future needs.
Went in to confirm the results of a home test. Every one was kind and thoughtful. confirmation was made, reccomendations explained and written down for me. Glad they're nearby. Great addition to the area.
I highly recommend and will definitely go back if I’m ever in any situation that requires medical attention again. They were all very friendly and helpful and everything was done in a timely manner!! I had a battle with poison ivy I fought all week with nothing over the counter helping it at all. I received a shot about 12:45 today and had relief within a couple of hours!! She was very helpful in explaining other things to do over the counter!! Very helpful, very friendly!! Husband was with me and he has white coat anxiety and said when we left “ok, they were super and great I’ll definitely go here if I need anything!!”
