First time going in my husband dropped off three pairs of my shoes and when I returned after their phone call telling me my shoes were ready they only had one pair of my shoes and at first denied ever having received more than one pair of shoes , had to call my husband and let him talk to them in order for them to even take a second look .. sure enough they found them but of course they were not ready so have to return again ..the way they treated me was not friendly , kind or apologetic even after they realized they were wrong ..

Fantastic people providing a fantastic service. I got my steel toe boots resoled and the feel better than they did brand new. I will definitely be back when I need their services again.

Had my dress shoes repaired here. First time visiting this store. They did a great job. Nice country apparel store. Recommend stopping in and shopping a nice local owned store. Keep our money in our communities.
