Chyna’s Glamhouse Locs & Braids

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience with this business. I paid a deposit and paid for hair (to be ordered) in November, but the communication from the stylist quickly dropped off after that. In December, I received a text saying my hair had arrived, but I never heard back about scheduling an appointment. Despite my repeated attempts to reach out, I've had no response since December 26th.

While I understand that life can be unpredictable and unexpected things come up, I've not received the service or hair that I paid for. A simple return of my payment, the hair I paid for, or a clean explanation would have been appreciated.

My advice to others is to avoid paying in advance and consider looking elsewhere. It's disappointing to see a business that doesn't prioritize customer communication and follow-through.

I made an appointment and paid a deposit and the phone number they have for contact is only used for texting and the stylist (Nicki) didn’t show up for the appointment at all. But, I received a response from Chyna the owner and she was very kind and apologetic and sent me the refund for my deposit back. So, for her great customer service, I will try them again in the future but only deal with her.

Chyna was amazing I was really impressed with her knowledge you could tell she really knows her craft and she’s so passionate about it as well , I love my hair so much I have never gotten this many compliments on my hair before and it’s only been a few days.

Chyna is the stylist to book with! She got me together and gave great hair care tips. Will book again!

Shes a very down to earth person. The atmosphere was laid back and very welcoming and she did my hair the exact way I wanted it . My hair is so neat and I'm definitely coming back.

It was my first time booking with Chyna through her website. She texted me back and explained the booking process. Her salon is easy to find on Fraizer. I got the Pocahontas braids. She made me feel comfortable, we had fun, and she is friendly and easy to talk to! I also love that she has prices on her website with no hidden fees. She gave me a 7am appointment and I was done before my 9am shift! I am definitely going to rebook! ?

Booked my first appointment with Chyna and she did not disappoint, she is very, very punctual and an awesome stylist, you want your hair braided, she is your go-to!!!! I was worried that my hair wasn’t long enough, but let me tell you she made it happen, the braids came out 100% better than I expected, i absolutely love them!!! And might I say her prices can’t be beat, I walked in as a first time client and left as a lifetime client!!!

Had 2 travel a little distance but it was so worth it.......can anyone say road trip.......

I am new to the area and I was looking for someone to braid my son’s hair and I called her and she was very professional help me out with the booking process. The braids look amazing on my son she was fast. She was friendly me and my son felt very comfortable around her and she did an amazing job and we will definitely be going back. If you need someone to do your hair definitely look with her because she is the one.
