Jhoely came out today to complete my fall HVAC inspection and was nice and courteous as per my normal dealings with all of Carl’s employees. Jhoely went above and beyond today and I am so very grateful! He recognized and brought to my attention a problem with my liquid propane line. He could have easily just performed his specific job and continued on. Instead he probably saved my house from catching fire and more importantly saved my families life!!! Technician Jordan showed up professionally and provided excellent service explaining the issue found why my AC was not blowing cold air. The issue was fixed and glad to have cold air. I would definitely recommend Carl’s Quality AC/Heating service.
Very pleased with the service from Carl’s Quality Cooling and Heating. I really appreciated that a human returned my call early in the morning and was able to schedule my service quickly, the technician was very polite, called when he was on his way and addressed my problem efficiently.
