Jhoely came out today to complete my fall HVAC inspection and was nice and courteous as per my normal dealings with all of Carl’s employees. Jhoely went above and beyond today and I am so very grateful! He recognized and brought to my attention a problem with my liquid propane line. He could have easily just performed his specific job and continued on. Instead he probably saved my house from catching fire and more importantly saved my families life!!! I have dealt with this company on several different occasions to include installing a whole new HVAC system, and every single time their employees are top notch! Technician Jordan showed up professionally and provided excellent service explaining the issue found why my AC was not blowing cold air. The issue was fixed and glad to have cold air. I would definitely recommend Carl’s Quality AC/Heating service.
Carl’s has been my HVAC company for over 20 years, and I’ve always been extremely pleased with their service. This time was no exception. Jonathan, the service tech was pleasant, professional and thorough. Can’t recommend them highly enough!
