Unprofessional. They give you a time to come later then the day because they are busy but you come and then end up telling you they can’t do your daughters hair!

Elizabeth did my boho crochet just as I requested. She is the most sweetest, talented, and patient braider I have ever allowed to do my hair.

This place had horrible service. They quoted me a price, but when I arrived at 10:50, the lady didn’t come until 11:30. There was no apology or hello, just a stern “or you have to pay more.” She even had the audacity to ask if she could do his hair first (he came after me), which I politely declined, explaining that it’s an appointment for a reason. The hairdresser who did my hair tightened it so much that I couldn’t sleep. I had to take it off the next morning because I was having migraines. To top it off, the place was incredibly dirty. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE
Scam alert: They will agree to length and style before getting the money and you will NOT GET what you asked in the first place. When confronted they become confrontational and aggressive!!
Explanation: I paid for bra strap length and they gave me neck length, so it was a bob! I told them multiple times that they were cutting the extensions way too short and the woman was not listening and became aggressive.
Why would I pay for extensions if it's the same length of my hair?? Why would I pay $180 just for a short bob??
Also, they agreed to do the style that I wanted when I sat down, but went home with a different style and she told me that I will have to make the ends curled by holding it. Wanted to call the police since it was a daylight scam, but I was in a rush and didn't have time for the nonsense. Learn from me please!!
