Exceptional service and as others have mentioned, fair price and no un-necessary up-sale or procedures ever mentioned! Communication with dispatch was awesome and the techs Justin and Ethan were nothing less than professional. The problem with our A/C was not obvious but nevertheless, Ethan quickly recognized and nailed the issue within minutes. Justin figured out the fix and we were in business in no time. This is my 3rd time using Allied on 3 different A/C units and Allied always exceeds my expectations.

my 15 year plus a/c stopped cooling. called Allied Air to come out the next day for service. Justin and Jacob arrived promptly and diagnosed that my blower fan was a goner. Replaced the fan, checked out some concerns I had with my attic unit, answered my many questions and never tried to add unnecessary repairs or sale pressure for a new unit. I inquired about the cost of a new unit, which Justin quoted in writing, again with no pressure. Prompt, professional and affordable. I highly recommend Allied!
