I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff at Kiker-Seale Funeral Home in Colorado City. Having attended several services there over the years, since Colorado City is my husband’s hometown, I was already familiar with their kindness and professionalism. This past weekend, however, they helped our family lay my husband, Mickel, to rest.
During one of the most difficult times in my son’s and my life, the entire process was made so much easier by their compassion, care, and attention to every detail. From start to finish, the Director and Staff went above and beyond taking care of every detail of the service. One example: They were very professional and patient with us when we requested to edit our Obituary 10+ times as we were not in the best frame of mind in the hours after the loss of our loved one. This was greatly appreciated. In addition, we were allowed to add photos of our loved one to the slide show even after it had been fully prepared. This too didn't go unnoticed by the family. While this may seem minor to others, we are truly grateful Mr. Neu and Staff made this difficult experience in our lives bearable and helped ease the pain in our hearts.
I can't thank the staff of Kiker-Seale enough for the thoughtfulness shown to me and my family when mom passed. Rich, Gloria, Larry, & Stephen who came over from (Elliott-Hamil in Abilene) really care about the families they serve. Thank you all again my family is eternally grateful.
