Counter service young man was not rude but certainly not friendly upon my in-store visit yesterday to request a second bag for my home delivery service. We selected them after relocating from Houston and wanted the convenience of home pick up and delivery. We have been using them for a few weeks with no issues but when I requested a Second bag to fully utilize the twice a week service I was told I would need to pay $10 for an additional bag. Bottom line is they offer home pick up and delivery but if you want to fully utilize it, you will need to pay $10.
