I had to replace my home’s roof a few months back. I contacted several roofing companies and opted for securing the services of Roger the Roofer. The company was highly recommended by people I trusted and had excellent customer reviews. A factor also influencing my decision was the professionalism and demeanor of the company’s representative, Mr. Brian Crowson. When we first met, his focus was hardly on making the sale, but on listening and understanding thoroughly my situation before even climbing onto the roof. After completing his assessment, he gave me options, including the possibility of filing an insurance claim as there was some hail damage. Albeit there was only an outside chance because of the roof’s age (23 years), he patiently ushered me through the entire insurance claims process, always with my best interests in mind. I had to fund the project in the end, but he gave me the best price among the companies I considered, and even included a roof tile upgrade that lowered my insurance payment significantly. Moreover, he had a very good company install new gutters, also at a very reasonable price. As a bonus, he had my driveway power washed and every window on the outside of my house cleaned professionally. Of course, it is understood that the good deals and “extras” are made possible by his employer, Roger the Roofer. I highly recommend the company and Brian.
I don’t post very often on Facebook or anywhere really. However, after what a great job Roger the Roofer did on our house I really felt like sharing. TL;DR Roger the roofer did an amazing job reroofing our house. We had severe hail damage and they made our roof better than new. If you need roof repair and a fair deal with great service all the way, then Call Roger the Roofer. Full story: We and many of our neighbors were hit by a bad hails storm not long ago. Juston from Roger the roofer had some some minor repairs doe us a few months ahead of that. Well, when we could see our skylight was broken after the storm, we knew it was bad. So we knew we needed the best. So, I called Juston back and had Roger the Roofer on the job. Juston kept us in the loop the whole way through the process. From choosing our new shingles to gutters. The whole 9 yards. Juston made it easy and kept that going the whole way through the process. Speaking of which, when it came time to actually replace the roof, Juston and his crew were On IT! They arrived early and worked consistently the whole day. Juston had told us it would be a 2 day job. I think they finished sooner than that. The crew were all very professional and polite, they did not leave any mess for me to clean up and did an outstanding job. So, I said it before and I’ll say it again, if your roof needs to be fixed.
