Kat, the location manager went above and beyond helping with a gift card issue this morning. I had called two different locations prior to speaking with her and received no solution. Within minutes she found a solution, implemented it and went above and beyond by sending the gift card recipient a personalized email explaining the situation. She’s amazing!!!!

Highly recommend been going to Nicole for massage for several years. She's the best. Also Ellie for facials wonderful at microderma infusions. I was skeptical to have one for the first time and she was fantastic.

I have been treated by a great many massage therapists over time. Some good, some not as good. However, every one that I have had work on me at Massage Envy Colleyville has been fantastic. John Y and Robert are both amazing at their craft and leave me in a much better place than I was before I walked in. Do not hesitate to book an appointment with any therapist at this location! I am a monthly member and get treatment at a very affordable rate so look into that as well. Definitely recommend!
