I love this place. I'll be honest, I usually go to a more expensive salon for my hair care. But sometimes my salon has a month long wait for an appointment and I just need a trim. I have never been disappointed with my haircuts at this location and of course the price is great. I was sad that Kim doesn't work there anymore. She was excellent at cutting my hair. Last time I was there, a gentleman cut my hair and he was also great. Really took his time and made sure the cut was right.Service: Haircut
Kim has cut my hair twice now and I couldn't be happier with the results. I have received the best pre-cut consultation ever, as a customer for over 6 years. Love the convenience, affordability, coupled with the level of experience that I would receive at a much higher price. It's come as you are, fast and personalized for each customer. I was having a bad week. My bangs had grown out and I could never get my hair to look decent. I had had an excellent hairstylist for the last ten years. But now that I was retired and no longer coloring my hair, she doesn't have time for such a small trim. I don't blame her, but I just didn't know where to go. I saw the Great Clips just down from Market Street and thought I could at least get my bangs cut. As soon as I met Kim, I knew she was a professional. She told me that she could just cut my bangs, but she could easily style me hair completely. I agreed and in thirty minutes, she had trimmed my hair and shown me how to style it. She saw the way my hair naturally grows and cut it to match. I wouldn't have to do all the hair drying i was doing. This new style would just take a minimum blow and scrunching. I thought it was okay in the salon, but after I got home and in better light, I saw what a genius Kim is. I now have more casual bangs that open up my face. Most of my gray hairs are beside my ears, the rest is still dark with gentle graying. Somehow, this new cut has turned the gray into accents like I used to do with blonde. It also helps that the price is so reasonable. I don't live in Colleyville, but I have decided that the drive is well worth a visit with Kim. I came in at about 2 pm on Thursday and there was no waiting.
