D1 is a great place to train and workout. I am one that doesn't like to workout but the trainers worked with me and I feel great. My daughter also does classes with D1 with her ice skating program and loves it too. I would recommend it to anyone.
I put my nephew that is 14yrs old through this program. I take him 5 days a week. Coaches are focused on his training and others in his group. These coaches talks to them making sure you get the right training. You get your money worth in this facility. My Nephew improved allot from these coaches. These coaches are the real deal. So many good coaches here willing to help.
Adult group workouts are the best. Always well planned and challenging. Love all the coaches. They are knowledgeable, motivating and supportive. Other group members are always nice and encouraging. The gym is clean and overall great place to work out.
