I love it here at D1 Colleyville! All of the coaches I’ve worked with are really nice, knowledgeable, motivating, and have really helped me on my fitness journey! I attend the adult class but the work that I see them do with kids and teens is also really impressive.
D1 TRAINING Colleyville has been quite the find for me. I began hauling my 3 sons to do afternoon workouts over the winter. I decided that it was my time to get healthy and fit. Great workouts equal great results. The staff and coaches are all great!! They bring a great balance of patience and accountability to push hard and get stronger.
We absolutely love this gym! My 11-year-old has grown so much in confidence, strength, and skill since joining. Every coach here goes above and beyond to create a positive, supportive, and motivating environment. Coach Shakeem, Lekieath, Chris, Kingsley, Will, and Matt are all incredible — each one brings their own energy and expertise, and they truly care about the kids. It’s clear they’re passionate about what they do, and it shows in how they connect with and encourage every athlete. Highly recommend!
