“As a former athlete, and someone who’s in the gym and always moving, it’s wildly important to see a chiropractor. I cannot state that enough.

This weekend, I tweaked my back out of alignment for what feels like the millionth time in the last month, but this time it was different. Incredibly painful. I could barely walk. Sitting was horrible. Laying down was hardly any better. Moving and stretching helped, but the misalignment in my L5 (low back) specifically wasn’t going away without help.

Normally I would go see my chiropractor at home, but we’re in Fort Worth visiting family, so I was tolerating it as best I could. Tylenol, stretching, resting. Until this morning when I spasm put me on the floor and my wife had to literally help me up.

After doing some research and searching, I decided to visit Advanced Chiropractic & Sports Care, and work with Doctor Connors. I’m extremely skeptical of seeing a new chiropractor, just because so many are afraid to put their hands on their patients and adjust what needs to be adjusted. Many just go through the motions and don’t address your actual issue.

Doctor Connors was NOT that type of chiropractor. I walked in, utterly miserable. I walked out nearly crying in relief and after talking to him a bit, will be going home with a few to-do’s for my own health. 11/10. Could not recommend him enough if you’re in the Fort Worth area.“
