The Palmisanos have made their school a safe, welcoming, and very family-friendly environment. My husband, our two sons, and I all enjoy our family time together at Taekwondo. Our boys are not only learning Taekwondo but also life skills like discipline, respect, and self esteem. Palmisano’s ATA has helped our boys develop their ability to set and achieve goals and helped them to learn from both success and failure.

My son and I started training here earlier this year. The Palmisanos are kind and passionate about helping people learn this incredible martial art, but more importantly about using this art to create better humans. I cannot recommend training here highly enough. It has literally changed my life for the better.

I have been a student at this school for a few years. I continue to be impressed with many aspects associated with the taekwondo program at Palmisano's Martial Arts. First, operations is very clean, organized, and structured. Next, the staff are knowledgeable, approachable, and provide excellent inspiration & coaching.
