I’ve been dealing with various pain issues and started using Inspire to assist me. I go there to learn some exercises, do them for a couple weeks and return to fine tune form and learn more. Typically I do this over a couple of months. Each time I have been assisted by Daniel who is very knowledgeable, personal and in my experience effective! I have also been working with Monica who will put you through the paces and constantly remind you to tighten your core. Monica is also very knowledgeable, hard working (which means so are you) and is genuinely trying to help you do your best and gain some improvement. They are friendly and so helpful in your healing journey. The building is clean and they have nice Christian music. We feel right at home here. We were blessed to find Inspire Physical Therapy.
If you need physical therapy Inspire is the place to go. Their entire staff really know what they’re doing and work with you to get you well again. They are so friendly they make you feel like family. I can’t thank them enough for helping me.
