Wayne picked up the phone personally the morning I called Five Star to get a quote, and from that moment on you'd think we were his only customer. He came out the next day to begin an estimate, taking his time and then calling a few times to discuss nuances and variations. Our project was a little unusual, and Wayne and his crew handled it with great care and skill. We scheduled him to replace the siding on our house immediately after another crew had removed the old siding, and to do this while we were out of town for two weeks.
