Fantastic customer service! We purchased 4 new tires over a year ago, and one tire recently picked up a screw and developed a slow leak. We brought the car in and they promptly fixed it. The customer service was very friendly and professional.
Super sweet team! I had a day off and decided to take care of several maintenance items I needed done on my car. I submitted an online form for an appointment around 8am and got an appointment at 9am. Matt, Logan, and Julian were all great and incredibly accommodating since I was going to be there for a couple of hours. I would recommend this team to anyone!
The crew at Big O Tires is great! They really helped me out of a jam when the starter went out in my work truck while I was in College Station. I walked in not knowing the issue with my truck at 2:30PM, and I was driving off of the lot with a new starter by 4:00. I highly recommend trusting the team at Big O!
