My first experience with big o tires back in 2024 was great was quick and good price for alignment, hence y I returned hoping it would be the same 2nd go around .. price got better overall but took extremely long time,and couldn't complete the full service but I still had to pay full price for partial service.. seemed kinda unfair and alignment is still off.. 😞 first time trip was 1000000% second visit definitely could have been better..

Philippe was excellent. Exceeded my expectations of a normal tire change service. Give that guy a raise. Did you know they offer free beer and whiskey? 😂 No but seriously A1 customer service.
