The vets and vet techs are friendly and pretty informative. I wish they would introduce themselves so I know who they were. The front desk person is not friendly and we were ignored when we showed up for our appointment last week.
I had a great experience with Bee Creek for my dogs neutering surgery! We were not regular clients beforehand so we did a routine exam before the day of surgery and the staff was very nice and knowledgeable. My dog can be a little shy and nervous, but he warmed up to them quickly. The only thing that's keeping my review from getting 5 stars is the building. I don't expect vet clinics to smell like roses but it wasn't as clean as I'd hope and the smell was horrible. There is also a massive crack in the middle of the floor in the lobby. If they fixed this place up it could be really nice.
