After over a 3-month journey of attending BCS Fitness twice weekly, I can highly recommend it for your personal training place.My husband and I started training there and haven’t looked back.The personalized attention and amazing variety of exercises keeps me on my toes and aiming higher at each workout.The trainers work so hard to help you become a stronger, healthier person. You also get the added benefits of friendship, laughter and a fitness community.I can tell such a difference in my muscle strength, overall agility, and joint function.
