    My wife and I have been attending for many years. We love the flexibility of scheduling and make up sessions. Staff always make sure we don’t get hurt and use the correct form. We just have to arrive and do what they say, which is great! Feeling great at 56 years old because of BCS Fitness accessibility.

    Starting a fitness program later in life was scary to me, but then I found BSC Fitness! I have been attending twice a week for 9 months, and I am so much stronger, able to easily lift my grandson! Everyone at the studio is so kind and encouraging. They are attentive to my weak areas and modify exercises helping me to be successful and more confident. Don’t wait to start your fitness program. You will find everything you need at BCS Fitness!     I have been training at BCS fitness for almost 3 years and I don’t know what I would do with out it! I love showing up to a session and not having to think about anything. I love that the trainers tell me exactly what to do and how to do it. I love that they help me tweak things to do it just right. I love knowing that i am doing each exercise correct because they are watching me and helping me. I feel stronger than ever!
