So it’s the Friday before the Memorial Day weekend and we have a toilet seal problem that’s scheduled to be fixed. Guy they send out comes up with a number of excuses why it can’t get done, communication wires get crossed, and one could make a case for either side had it not gotten completed. Last minute reprieve and the master plumber swooped in and got it done in under 30 minutes. Lessons were learned and thank god, a toilet is back in business.
They recently did a fine job of finding a septic problem, and looking at a water line issue. I highly recommend their professionalism and abilities. We have used them a couple times, always with great results.
