Jamie and his team are professional and kind. They offer better pricing than others in my area. Recent work was done for nearly $400 less than the other company I got quoted. They are fair and the tech that comes is kind, hardworking, and good at his job. They also care about you and your home, they even take their shoes off at the door! (Which I and my new carpet appreciated) I would not use anyone else for my HVAC needs. They answer the phone, keep you updated on the schedule and send info text about their technicians. I hope you call them 1st, because they will be the last ones you ever call for service!
Bear AC was at the house with 2 hours of my first call. Shaun was very professional and knowledgeable. He isolated the problem with in minutes, advised me of the expected costs to repair, completed the repair and was wrapped up in under 90 minutes. Far exceeded my expectations!
