While trying to move my little car to escape tropical storm Arthur, I instead got stuck in the mud. J &M was my 2nd call after another tow company quoted me $700.00 dollars. The receptionist at J&M was friendly and professional and the driver called within a couple minutes of me hanging up with the receptionist . When Stephen arrived he too was professional and polite and he rescued my little car. I would definitely use them again and recommend them my friends and family.

I called in need of a tow to an auto shop on a Monday morning and within 15 minutes they had a truck dispatched on the way to us! Dispatch was fast and thorough. Our driver Stephen was attentive, professional and careful. He did a fantastic job loading and off loading our vehicle. We will recommend them to everyone in need and use them exclusively moving forward. Thank you J&M and thank you Stephen!
