EXCELLENT! They were prompt, professional, and honest! My Trane system was not cooling during the recent cold weather. The problem was corrected in about 30 minutes. It you want it done right, use this company. Period.

I just wanted to say thank you so much. Today August 12th my coworker and I were in a bind like nothing else we ever experienced. We walked in asking for an O-ring to which a young lady said she didn't know but would ask her dad. She got him on the phone to ask about the O-ring she knew they didn't have. The man on the phone told her to give him a minute to find out if there was a place that could help. Sure enough, he called back saying said Lake Hardware and Lumber may have what we needed. It was a last ditch effort to find a the ever elusive O-ring. Wouldn't you know it, they had it. Thank you so much for saving our butts!!!
