“Had been taking my 3 dogs regularly there for a year or so but after this time I will not be returning. My Pomeranian was supposed to get a bath, brush & trim and they botched her haircut. She had so many knots too. Very disappointed. Up until now it was nothing but great experiences. That’s why I’m still rating 4 out of 5 stars.“
