Jeremy was very helpful and polite throughout the entire process. The only issue I had was getting the funds deposited into my account they do it using my debit card. However my bank does not allow this so now I have to drive to their office to pick up a check. I am in Massachusetts right now but will be leaving soon. I live in a RV traveling full-time. I won't be able to pick up the check for about 10 days or so. Not their fault.

This will be my second time using them. They are very polite and understanding. Heather Willis at the Cleveland Location was awesome! She is so sweet. They are the fastest and easiest way to get a loan. You're in and out before you know it, your money is in your account!!! (Took about an hour! Perfect!)

The office staff is really professional and helpful. I have been having trouble making my payments and Ms. AHeather has been doing everything she can to help give me time to get caught up with my account. I appreciate her so much for helping me during this time!!
