Everyone was absolutely amazing and so helpful, I was taught so much helpful information about my needs and felt great about my choice after talking with them both. I highly recommend this office because it’s not about money to them it’s about helping you decide the best choice for you! The First Lady that helped me was absolutely awesome and great to talk with, she gave me so much insight and she was also very cool. I was comfortable and very happy with all of my visits here. I bring my kids here as well.

Wonderful staff from check in to check out! They are courteous and walk you through the process and everything is explained throughly. And yes.. even the Dr. was great and he as well discussed the why’s/how’s my vision was.I just didn’t realize how a simple exam could show why/how my eyes were struggling. Although they did not have my frames I was wanting, I will certainly recommend them and will be returning.

I love going to the Cleveland office! The women there are always kind, effective and helpful. Bobbie White especially always makes me feel so comfortable during my exams. She is quick to explain and answer my questions with knowledgeable responses. Thank you ladies are all your work!
