Nobody ever is happy when their air conditioning goes out and when that system is protecting your car collection it is even worse. Because my existing split system had a bad board - and I blew it myself - I knew my goose was cooked. I called several people in the Houston area but Ductless Wayne stood head and shoulders above the rest. What more could you ask for than his pleasant demeanor, customer oriented service, can do attitude, and an excellent team to install the new system. I had contacted Wayne for a mini split replacement after getting a quote from another company and he came back with a great price. I called him to discuss and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions or concerns I had. They came out to install the mini split and the process couldn't have been more seamless. Great communication, great price, and a great experience. Highly recommend
We have been a customer of Wayne's for many years. He and his workers are knowledgeable, reliable and honest. He doesn't try to sell you on unnecessary work or repairs. He is patient and takes time to answer all of my many questions. They are respectful and kind. I have recommended him to many others and they also were very happy with the work that was done.
