I called the company because the coil was frozen. They came out to check the unit before the end of the day. They found that the evaporator coil was completely stopped up and cleaned it. After starting the unit, the compressor was not functioning properly. They brought a new compressor the next day and installed it, and everything is working perfectly . They provided quick service.
