I called big thicket veterinary clinic in Cleveland this morning about my dog bella then again this afternoon Rebecca answered my call this afternoon and I think she's also the same lady I spoke with this morning she was very nice and answered all my questions and bless her heart I had 100 questions to ask over my dog very professional and very nice I was having a very hard time with making an appointment for my dog nobody had anything available she was able to have an available spot for Wednesday at 9 a.m. I end up having to call back because my dog seem to be doing a lot better than she was and she wasn't eating before and then she started to eat a little bit when I...read full review

Their prices are a whole lot more reasonable than Conroe area. Staff was very nice. We started going here due to a place in Conroe wanting $1k for a procedure. We came here and it was a little over $500. During procedure they also removed a growth she had and if I remember correctly charged us a extra $20
