Called to set up a meeting to get a estimate. The lady didn't show up on time so I called again. She had forgotten the appointment. I set up another appointment for the next day and again she didn't show up. Totally unreliable. I will never ever call them again.

Elizabeth was very detail oriented,right on time and her prices were more than fair. I highly recommend this cleaning service. She did an amazing job and even brought to my attention that she found a gold necklace behind the refrigerator that I lost months ago a thought it was gone forever. I absolutely commend her honesty. This business is a SCAM!!! Do not hire Elizabeth Waters.My recently widowed mother hired Amazing Girl for deep cleaning. They barely did light cleaning and stole the check for payment off the fridge. Of course she cashed the check and will not answer any calls or texts.

If i could give 0 stars i would. My mother hired this company to deep clean her house before a party. The scheduled time Elizabeth ( the owner) was suppose to arrive was at @ 8:30 am, she arrived at 11 am after my mother had called her multiple times to see if she was going to show up cause she had charged a deposit of $100 beforehand. She got there she washed a few dishes, vacuumed our vinyl floors & said she had to go pick up her son and that she would come back. My mother tried calling her the next day but she no longer answered texts or calls. Worst cleaning service ever!!!

Elizabeth Waters, of Amazing Girl Cleaning Service, came to my home on Friday, May 20, 2022 and gave me a quote for a deep clean. The house is tidy but has not been deep cleaned in several months as my now late husband had been battling for his life. At that time I gave Ms. Waters a deposit for half the quoted cost, $175, with final payment upon completion of the job. The appointment was set for Monday, May 23rd. Ms. Waters cashed the check for the deposit that day. When they arrived on Monday, one of the employees asked me for coffee and my wifi password as soon as she set foot in the house. After 3 hours of cleaning they packed it up for the day and the owner, Ms. Waters, took the check for final payment off the refrigerator without my knowledge. I checked the work and called Ms. Waters that evening. The work that had been done was barely basic cleaning and definitely not deep cleaning. I also addressed her taking the check (and cashing it right away) before completing the job we agreed to during the quote. Ms. Waters then agreed to return the next day to complete the job. When I returned home from work the next day, only one room had been deep cleaned and the crew was packing up. I found they had broken a wine glass and hidden it in the trash. The floors were not vacuumed or washed, baseboards, fans, cabinets, walls, doors were not wiped, nothing had been dusted, the kitchen and fridge had not been cleaned, and the windows were not washed as discussed in the quote. I have tried to contact the company but have not had a return call. In summary I paid $350 for my laundry room to be deep cleaned. Ms. Waters is a scam artist. I would strongly caution anyone against using this company.

I honestly have no words...will post photos as soon as I get back over to my old place to take them. Do not hire this person. Complete waste of money. I am so disappointed and upset. No different than flushing money down the toilet. Bless her heart. ? btw...I do not usually post a written statement on ratings but I feel as if it is important to do so and I truly feel that I had no choice. OK I've found my words! So, what we agreed on was a top to bottom move-out/make ready clean...I have just posted photos of how she left my home. She in no way completed this job! She also took my gloves and drank beer from my fridge without asking. She wanted my boxes for her own use and left them outside my door for me to clean up. I will post that photo as well. She either doesn't know what she is doing or simply doesn't care! Very unprofessional! I had to clean it and cleaning it right took me 5 hours! That is how you do it! I told her it had to be pristine! I have came to the conclusion that the 5 star reviews MUST be family or friends...again, I urge you to find another cleaning service if you want it cleaned right! Out right Fraudulent! Peace ✌️, I'm done with this post.

Elizabeth wants to talk and stick her nose into your person life instead of cleaning. She shorted me hours saying she had to leave to go bid another job and wanted to be paid for the whole time. The next day Elizabeth left my house and was gone for 3 hours to pick up someone else to clean and still wanted to be paid for the hours she was not there. Her boyfriend Keven also works with her and does what she says so if she leaves he also leaves and does not finish the job.
