From the very first phone call to the easy on line process Caring Hands Cremations made it so easy for me to make the necessary arrangements at the time of my husband’s passing. If I could give 100 stars I would. Kevin was extremely nice, professional, and compassionate! He kept me updated with every step. I felt at peace knowing that my daughter was in good hands.
Kevin gave exceptional customer service. If I could give him 10 stars I would. This was the hardest thing I’ve ever been through watching my mother pass and then having her cremated. Kevin made the process as easy as possible. He was knowledgeable, kind, and answered all of my questions. I know my mother was in good hands with this funeral home. They also gave me a locket of her hair and fingerprints which I loved.
