My rating is due to the management and not the therapists. The therapists are great! However, I have showed up twice for appointments, and there is no one to let the customers or even the therapists in. The first time, I was contacted quickly and offered a free enhancement. It happened again yesterday, and 30 hours later, I still did not hear from them. I called to see how I would be taken care of and was told I was marked as a No Show! I also wish they would eliminate the Covid questionnaire and just ask if you are sick or have a fever. My doctor’s office does not even ask.
