“Absolutely jaw-droppingly awesome customer service at Steele Hyundai of New Braunfels. Let me set the scene. In late August we bought a gently used 2018 Hyundai Tuscon from Steele Hyundai in New Braunfels for our son Ike. About two months later the engine totally crapped out. Hauled it to Firestone and the estimated fix was over $11K. Completely needed a new engine. My wife and I went down there and pleaded our case not expecting much. A sales manager named Sydna was TOTALLY SYMPATHETIC and said that they were going to help us. They paid for the car to be towed down there (we live in Austin) and this AM we learned that they are going to replace the engine...for free. Unbelievable. In the meantime they are also going to allow us the use of a kick-butt Hyundai Santa Cruz truck for as long as the fix takes. Unbelievable. Absolutely, above and beyond customer service.
