Four words to sum Restore Point up would be generous, respectful, friendly, and fair. As a small example of that generosity the owner of the company gave us a new light fixture because he couldn’t bear to put up my old light fixture that didn’t match the rest of the bathroom while I was perfectly happy with the old one because it worked. Mind you, this was on top of a 10% holiday discount. Now, my guest bathroom was a nightmare. The tub leaked, the wallpaper was worn out, and the fixtures were all corroded. It looked like the 70’s threw up in there and no one bothered to clean it up. Most of it still worked and in my mind the saying “if it ain’t broke don’t fix it” holds A LOT of weight. Now cut to a friend of mine from church who actually works for Restore Point showing me pictures of bathrooms he had helped remodel in the past. We get to talking and he calls up the owner of the company, Heath, to come give us a free estimate. We go through not one, not two, but FIVE separate estimate iterations of this ONE bathroom. No charge whatsoever. The last “estimate” was literally as they were almost done. We needed the cabinets painted because they did such a good job on the rest of the bathroom they were sticking out like a sore thumb. My experience with them was absolutely amazing and I also gained a friend. I absolutely would recommend these guys to anyone needing work done. They have earned my business and my trust, so much so that when I inevitably need more work done in the house I’m calling Restore Point first. Period.
Angela is the best! She’s so easy to talk to and so funny! She listens to you and what you want but also gives great suggestions when needed or asked. I don’t ever wear make up but I absolutely loved my hair and makeup for my bridals and wedding. All my girls were happy and felt beautiful on my wedding day because of Angela, too! I can’t recommend her enough!
