Amazing experience! A complete 180 from going to North Texas Eye Care last year! From the very first phone call, appointment reminder, a call to inform me of an insurance issue, to being greeted when I walked into the door, throughout the appointment and leaving. Everyone was extremely nice, informative and just simply had a friendly vibe! Absolutely the best car I have had in a long time! 100% recommend coming here and will absolutely be returning!

They got me in quick, and were super nice to me. From outside you wouldn’t think they have anything more than just optometry but they have a wide variety of eye glass frames and lens styles. I’ll be back….thank you to everyone had exchanges with they were all pleasant.

This Optometrist clinic provides the best and most service I have ever received. I have been wearing glasses for 43 years and lived in many cities across the US, so I can say from experience that I have visited many optometrists to fill prescriptions. Previously, I have always had to schedule an appointment with an ophthalmologist to get my eyes checked and obtain an Rx for new glasses. At this practice, Dr Amy Bishop and her expert team take care of the whole process at a far greater level of service than I have ever received. Considering Childress Texas is a small rural community, the level of professional service is fantastic.
Thank you, Dr Bishop and team, for your outstanding service. If I must fly and drive to Childress to get glasses, so be it!
