We were referred to Lance Abel and Mill Creek Custom Homes by a builder who did not build in Brazos County. From our first meeting with Lance and his team, we knew we were in the right place. They listened to our wants, needs, dreams and desires and did their best to make them a reality. We lived close to our build site which afforded us the opportunity to be on property throughout the build. As such, it was suggested that we would see the good, the bad and the ugly of construction from ground break to move-in, Mill Creek and their subcontractors were on spot to correct/stand behind and move forward with any derailment. We have found the entire company to be honest, fair and accommodating. We've had several independent crafts/inspectors out for various reasons and they have all commented on the quality home that was built for us. We would not hesitate to recommend Mill Creek to anyone building a new home. Their entire team from management and field team leaders are extremely knowledgeable and their primary and secondary contractors were professional and skilled in their trades.
