Erika at the Dayton office was awesome!! The refund she got for us was really unbelievable........all the past years of small refunds and I wonder how much $$$$ we've lost out on!!!! Thanks again Erika, we'll see you next year!!!!
This was my first year going here and I did everything with Mel and she was cool and professional and very helpful with me. I'm glad she was the one who helped me with everything.The receptionist made it seem like I was trying to get away with paying but other then that Mel was amazing. Definitely going back next year.
Melessa has been an absolute ANGEL to work with!!! I tell literally everybody I know, whoever you have doing your taxes, drop them!!! You cannot get anyone better! I 1000% recommend her or anybody in her office!
