I was happy with them in the beginning. He really helped me out with just the overall buying experience and making sure that I got taken care of but he did put my stuff and two separate orders and I get that because a whole system being shipped as one wouldn’t really make sense it was a box and all the car audio equipment But unfortunately, I only received my car and the box was being told that I was going to receive it really really soon because he had placed it on fast shipping which I didn’t ask for so I spent that money which was OK cause I told them you know what I already spent the money. The employees are super chill and honestly respectful. The only problem I had was that their word wasn’t being fulfilled, I called them around 1 pm to question the arrival time of the box I ordered and they said “yes your box will be here in about 2 hours, honestly maybe less” and so I was working around the schedule of 2 hours and actually giving them 3 hours before heading the shop so it was around 4 pm that I get there. When I get there they tell me it’s still on its way so I just to kill time and it wasn’t around late 5 pm the box was ready. I definitely recommend this place if u r looking for anything aftermarket or special install. They did an amazing job with installing my system. They are very knowledgeable and will give you the best advice. I supplied the amps and subwoofers and they did the rest. I'm very impressed with the results.
